Shakespeare Dallas hosts Party in the Park as part of the annual North Texas Giving Day, an online event that provides North Texans to raise money for local nonprofits. Open to the public, Party in the Park will feature opportunities to learn more about Shakespeare Dallas and will raise funds for the CC Young retirement community and Animal Allies of Texas.

There will be a live North Texas Giving Day donation station, an Educational Performance by Shakespeare on the Go!, a fencing demonstration, pet adoptions by Animal Allies of Texas and an appearance and calendar signing by “The Lovely Ladies of Shakespeare.” Following the party there will be a preview performance of King Lear.
