Shakespeare Dallas will present their second annual Shakespeare Pub Crawl. Guests are encouraged to don their best Shakespearean outfit - or anything remotely related - as they crawl around McKinney Avenue, making stops at The Idle Rich Pub, Blackfriar Pub and Renfield’s Corner. All proceeds will benefit Shakespeare Dallas, helping support Shakespeare in the Park, the youth education program Shakespeare on the Go! and Shakespeare Unplugged, which helps bring The Complete Works of William Shakespeare.
Participants must be 21 or over.
Shakespeare Dallas will present its annual pub crawl in Deep Ellum. Tickets include discounts at participating bars, a Shakespeare Dallas souvenir cup, participation in the trivia contest, live entertainment, and more. A variety of drink specials will be offered from cocktails, to shots, to ales and ciders, and more.
The revelry will begin at Twilite Lounge and then move on to a new location every hour, including 3 Links, Trinity Cider, and Ruins. Actors will perform scenes from beloved Shakespeare plays at each location.
The event will conclude with a Shakespeare trivia competition, giving guests the opportunity to win prizes. There will also be a costume contest with prizes.
