Albert Scherbarth's upcoming exhibition examines a career of creativity spanning three decades. In this exhibit, akin to a studio spring cleaning, Scherbarth pulls out all the various geegaws, peculiarities, treasures and parts collected and involved in the years of making art.

Scherbarth is conversant in all media, using drawing, glass, steel, concrete, wood or paint to convey and express. He is a maker of things, a builder, constantly evolving. In this compendium of objects, paintings and drawings, Scherbarth unearths not only completed works, but also parts of drawings, failures, successes and the marginalia from the work of art. It's a glimpse into the continuity of creative ambition as it's rediscovered and examined by the artist himself.

Following the opening reception, the exhibit will be on display through May 8.
