Award-winning Russian pianist Liudmila Georgievskaya will present a solo recital featuring Beethoven sonatas 24 and 27; the first five preludes from Scriabin’s 24 Preludes, Op. 11; and Ravel’s Sonatine and Jeux d’eau. An honors graduate of the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory, Georgievskaya received an Artist Certificate from the Meadows School in 2010 as a student of Joaquín Achúcarro and is currently on the SMU Meadows faculty.
