Snow Patrol
Snow Patrol is one of those TV-friendly bands whose songs get used by shows like Grey's Anatomy all the time, like their best-known song, "Chasing Cars." That was way back in 2006, and while they've enjoyed success in their native U.K. since then, U.S. fans have been a bit more fickle. They're looking to win you back with a tour alongside former Oasis singer Noel Gallagher.
