The SPCA of Texas will present Santa Paws, a free event featuring photo opportunities with Santa Paws, games, kids crafts, stocking stuffers for the kids, a caricature artist, fabulous door prizes, free hot apple cider and hot cocoa, free cookies provided by George 350, holiday decorations and a photo booth with Santa Claus for people and pets.
