Children at Risk will present Speaking Up + Speaking Out: Threads of Change Luncheon. The event will feature a keynote address by Bekah Charleston and will highlight heroes for their commendable dedication to end human trafficking in North Texas, including Ty Bowden, Associate Director of The Net; Mark and Terry Demler, Founders of Project Moses; Tonya Stafford, Founder of It’s Going to Be OK!; Chad Frymire, Program Director at Dallas CASA; and Special Agent John Kochan, Homeland Security Investigations.
