The Spice of Life Catering presents Addison Spring WIne DInner
The Spice of Life Catering will present Chef Jeffrey Kollinger as he prepares an elegant, palatable culinary experience. The five-course dinner is paired with some of the finest offerings of Alexander Valley Vineyards, to round out a picturesque dining experience.
Guests can expect abbreviated introductions of the course and wines from Kollinger and Alexander Valley Vineyard’s co-founder and experienced vintner Hank Wetzel. Guests of the dinner have the opportunity to have their own bottle of Alexander Valley Vineyard wine signed – BYOB only.
A portion of the event’s proceeds will be donated to the North Texas Food Bank to aid underprivileged families.
