This first recording of Liszt songs by a bass voice displays the power and poetry of Liszt’s remarkable musical imagination.
Bass Jared Schwartz and pianist Mary Dibbern will perform selections from the recording, along with songs by Gabriel Fauré and Ange Flégier, and sacred anthems by American composers, including Schwartz.
