The Dallas Observer and House of Blues Entertainment will join forces again for the annual St Patrick’s Day Concert featuring the Josh Abbott Band. The concert will take place immediately after the Dallas St Patrick’s Parade in Energy Square at the corner of Greenville Ave & University Blvd.
