Stupid Strong, a nonprofit organization launched in 2014 in Colleyville, recently raised its first grant of more than $150,000 to advance research toward better diagnosis, treatment and the eventual cure of stomach cancer. To keep the fundraising efforts at full tilt, Stupid Strong will present the third annual Show Your Love Walk.
In addition to the tribute walk, there will be a pooch parade, classic car show, cork and fork pull, silent auction, raffle and more. Participants will be entertained by popular local vocal artists, musical groups and children’s organizations. Food and beverages will be served.
