Join Foodways Texas at Deep Ellum Brewing Company on February 25 for Suds and Smoke, a multi-chef event that will benefit Foodways Texas oral history projects in north Texas. Participating chefs include Tim Byres (Smoke/Chicken Scratch), Terry Chandler (Fred’s Texas Cafe/Outlaw Chef Ought-Zero Wagon), Justin Fourton (Pecan Lodge), Brian Luscher (The Grape/Luscher’s Post Oak Red Hots) and David Uygur (Lucia).
