Sun to Moon Gallery presents The Dallas Portfolio, an eclectic mix of imagery focusing on the Great Trinity Forest, the Trinity River, and the Urban Landscape of Dallas, featuring fine photographic prints by Dan Burkholder, Charles Cramer, Scot Miller, Jill Skupin Burkholder, and R.P. Washburne.
For 10 years, Sun to Moon Gallery has encouraged photographers represented by the gallery to focus their cameras on Dallas, with impressive results. With the addition of master photographer & printer Charles Cramer, who visited and photographed Dallas in February of this year, the number of photographers contributing to the Dallas Portfolio is now five. This exhibition features many new prints shown for the first time. The evolving downtown Dallas skyline; Trees in the forest; Colorful wildflowers at the new Trinity Forest Golf Club; Abstract images; Trails winding through the forest; A signature bridge; the range of subject matter and artistic expression serve to illustrate differing artistic views of Great Trinity Forest, the Trinity River and the evolving urban landscape of Dallas.
Following the opening reception, the exhibit will be on display through August 20.
