Chefs Matt McCallister of FT33 and Omar Flores of Driftwood have combined for a two night surf and turf dinner. Driftwood will take the surf end on Monday at 6:30 and FT33 tackles turf Tuesday, February 5. Each six-course menu will be $100 with wine pairings available for an additional $50.
