The Susan G. Komen 3-Day is a three day, 60 mile walk to raise funds for Komen's breast cancer research programs, community health and advocacy, global partnerships, education screening, diagnosis and treatment assistance programs and patient navigation services. Participants walk 20 miles a day, staying overnight at a campsite while sleeping in a pink tent city with over 1,000 walkers and crew while raising funds and awareness for breast cancer in the DFW area.
