Tate Farms will present its inaugural Texas Pie Fest, an event that is the first of its kind in Texas. Similar to Taco Libre and Smoked, this inaugural event will celebrate all things pie. Live music, food trucks, coffee trucks, ice cream galore, and much more will be on hand for this unique celebration of delicious desserts.

While plenty of musicians will be in attendance, the spotlight will be on the stars in the kitchen. The roster of local pie luminaries includes Brittany Hardin of Bonafide Betties Pie Co., the event’s co-host. Pie shops will flock from all across Texas, including Royers Pie Haven out of Round Top, Come and Bake It out of Whitewright, and Dallas’ fan favorite Emporium Pies. Each bakery will be selling pie and an assortment of bountiful baked goods for the pie connoisseur and newbies in attendance.

To top it all off, guests can enjoy a pie eating contest, a pie baking contest, pie throwing for charity, cow pie bingo, vintage and handmade vendors and a car show. On-site vendors will include Wrecking Ball Collective Hazie Sue Vintage, Knot So Dope, Whiski Designs, and many more. All the while, travelers from far and wide will experience the rustic luxury of Tate Farms, a working horse and cattle ranch just 30 minutes east of Dallas.
