Even if you don't have tickets to the Red River Shootout between Texas and Oklahoma, you can still watch the game with a bunch of other fans at the Texas-Oklahoma Party on the Plaza outside American Airlines Center. Lawn chairs are welcome, but coolers and pets are not permitted.
