The Dallas Opera will present their first TDO Connections event of the season, focused on responding to conflict. The first panel discussion of the series, The Brain and the Heart, brings together a panel of voices, co-hosted by Quodesia D. Johnson and Kristian Roberts, who will facilitate this exploration of conflict in the operas presented this season.

The discussion will delve into the impact that the opera’s conflicts may have on audiences, and offer insights into ways we can respond to conflict in our own professional, social, and artistic lives.

The event takes place in Hamon Hall at Winspear Opera House.
