Village Marquee Texas Grill & Bar
Chef Tre Wilcox hosts a five-course wine dinner at the Wine Poste beginning at 7 pm. Dishes include crispy Berkshire pork belly with cucumber red pepper quinoa and plum sake glaze with 2011 Bila Haut Occultum Lapidem and roasted beef tenderloin, apple fennel puree, broccoli rabe and aged balsamic with 2009 Vineyard 7 & 8 "Estate" cabernet sauvignon. Reservations are $125 and can be purchased online.
