Trinity River Audubon Center presents Scissor-tails and Cocktails

This signature fundraising event is being co-chaired by the Honorable Lois and Dr. Ross Finkelman. The Honorable Finkelman was instrumental in getting the Trinity River Audubon Center built and opened in 2008. This annual cocktail party raises funds to support the Center’s educational programming and conservation efforts.

This fun event includes live birds from Window to the Wild, a silent auction with art, jewelry, experiences and more, and, of course, signature cocktails from featured Mixologist Jones Long of Bolsa and delicious food from local chefs. This year’s chef line-up includes Janice Provst of Parigi, Matt Balke of Bolsa, Peja Kristic of Mot Hai Ba, Chad Houser of Café Momentum, and Eddie Springfield of Omni Dallas.
