Immediately following the annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade, which will march down Greenville Avenue, Truck Yard will be serving up a variety of food courtesy of four trucks: Southern Gourmet, Nomadic Grill, Bellatrino, and Azucar. Outdoor bars will be pouring drinks, including beer, Irish Mules and Frozen Irish Coffees. There will also be green Jell-O shots to really hammer home that this is, indeed, a St. Patrick’s Day party.
The live music kicks off at noon with Atlantis Aquarius. They’ll be followed by DJ Jesse Koo and headliner The Roomsounds.
To ensure that some of this fun goes to a good cause, Truck Yard is partnering with the brave men and women of the Dallas Fire Department. Pipes & Drums, the band that marches during the parade, will perform for the crowd. And an auction will benefit the Local 58 Relief Fund, which provides financial assistance and volunteer services to firefighters in need who have suffered injuries and other catastrophic events on the job.
