Truluck’s will present a four-course wine dinner featuring wines from Napa’s Duckhorn Vineyards, meticulously paired with Truluck’s menu selections.

First Course:

  • Scallop, Lobster and shrimp aguachili with smokes jalapeño coulis
  • paired with Duckhorn Sauvignon Blanc

Second Course:

  • Mini-heirloom tomato salad with buttermilk dressing, dill and bacon
  • paired with  Duckhorn Chardonnay

Third Course:

  • Filet au poivre and au gratin potatoes
  • paired with Duckhorn Cabernet Sauvignon and Duckhorn Merlot

Fourth Course:

  • Chocolate malt cake, berry sauce and ice cream
  • paired with Duckhorn, Three Palms, Merlot
