The Turtle Creek Chorale continues its 40th season with a four-concert series. 40 Years of Fa La La will feature holiday favorites that have inspired, thrilled, and delighted audiences for 40 years.
Accompanied by a full orchestra, the 250-member Turtle Creek Chorale will present beloved holiday pieces ranging from the traditional, "Hark the Herald Angels Sing," "Do You Hear What I Hear?," and "Gesu Bambino," to new and stunning arrangements of "Silent Night" and "Hark the Herald Angels Sing." The concert highlights the powerful message of hope and tolerance of a TCC favorite, "Not in Our Town," which tells the story of the people of Billings, Montana who came to the aid of their Jewish neighbors after despicable discrimination.
The TCC will welcome Dublin-based singer-songwriter Chloë Agnew for the first time with the chorus. Ms. Agnew is best known as one of the original, and youngest, members of the internationally acclaimed “Celtic Woman.” She is currently a touring artist appearing around the world with acclaimed orchestras and is quickly gaining a following and reputation as an electrifying and moving performer.
40 years of Fa La La will also again feature local favorite Denise Lee reprising some of her beloved holiday appearances with the TCC.
