Turtle Creek Conservancy presents Easter in the Park

Easter in the Park, hosted by the Turtle Creek Conservancy and the City of Dallas, will be an afternoon of festivities, including the famed Conservancy Pooch Parade, live music by DJ Jennifer Miller, an Easter Egg Hunt sponsored by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas, a special appearance by the Easter Bunny and a variety of food trucks.

Well-behaved, leashed pets are welcome. Non-profit animal rescue organization Dallas Animal Services will be on-site with adoptable pets. Dallas Pets Alive and Recycled Pomeranians & Schipperkes Rescue will also have adoptable dogs to meet, but applications are required for adoption.

After a three-year hiatus, the Turtle Creek Park Conservancy will bring back Easter in Turtle Creek Park. The afternoon of fun will feature food trucks, music, games, photos with the Easter Bunny, the Pooch Parade, a live concert, and a new Easter Egg Recognition Wall.

The Pooch Parade will kick off at 2 pm. Dogs and their owners dressed in festive Easter attire will meander down Turtle Creek Boulevard. Winners will be selected by a panel of local celebrity judges.
