Tuzer Ballet presents The Nutcracker

Prepare for a spectacular holiday treat and experience true yuletide enchantment as Tuzer Ballet presents its 31st annual production of the classical ballet, The Nutcracker. Discover the magic of this beloved holiday tradition, which has delighted audiences of all ages with Tchaikovsky’s musical scores and Hoffmans’s classic tale of Clara, her Nutcracker Prince and the malevolent Rat King.

This season features two guest principal dancers in three amazing performances: Rie Ichikawa, a soloist with the Boston Ballet, will perform the parts of the Sugar Plum Fairy and Snow Queen; and Zack Grubbs, a Tuzer Ballet 1997 alumnus and soloist with the Cincinnati Ballet, will perform as the Snow King and Cavalier.

Tuzer Ballet presents its annual production of the holiday ballet, Peter Tchaikovsky's The Nutcracker. Audiences will be transported to the wondrous world of swirling snowflakes, magical gifts, and the land of the Sugar Plum Fairy. Professional soloists and bright young dancers light up the stage with some of the most technically advanced choreography by Tanju and Pat Tuzer.

The performances will feature Ukrainian-born dancer Vsevolod "Seva" Maevsky as the guest principal soloist.
