Jim Lake Companies has commissioned a mural to be painted on the side of Bishop Street Market commemorating the rich history of the neighborhood and its promising future. Created by Oak Cliff mural studio, Eyecon, the mural depicts a brick archway leading into Lake Cliff Park, showing Lake Cliff Tower and Oak Cliff legend Stevie Ray Vaughan in the background. Councilwoman Delia Jasso will speak at the unveiling, at which complimentary Eno¹s pizza and Community beer will be served to all attendees.
