Award-winning actor/singer/songwriter Blake McIver, currently starring as Adam/Felicia in Uptown Players production of Priscilla Queen of the Desert, will perform his acclaimed tribute show Barbra Streisand. Directed by Mary Lane Haskell, McIver takes the audience on a journey through his fan-demonium of Barbra's big 1994 comeback concert. He puts his own unique spin on the iconic songs and patter from the legendary show as he shares the ups and downs of his life as a Junior Star Search winner, former child star, go-go boy, and independent singer/songwriter. There are even some hilarious therapy sessions relating to his Barbara "problem" - just as Barbra finally returned to the stage in 1994, Blake's house collapsed in the Northridge earthquake and a love affair was born.
