Visitors can parade with their pup and enjoy, celebrating spring in style. Victory Park’s own Ryker and Sinatra will be popping up in front of ViVi’s Victory Park for a meet-and-greet.

There will be a costume contest at Biagio Wine and Spirits and a $200 cash prize for best dressed presented by Onsite Events. DJ Sissy Ross will spin tunes at the intersection of Victory Park Lane and High Market Street.
