Video Association of Dallas and Dallas VideoFest present the Internet Cat Video Festival. This event features a new selection of videos curated by the Walker Art Center of Minneapolis and Will Braden, the creator of the Henri Le Chat Noir videos and recipient of the Walker Art Festival’s first Golden Kitty (People’s Choice) Award.
The evening’s screening will feature approximately 100 cat videos culled from videos in the categories of Comedy, Drama, Animated, Musical, Action, Vintage, and Documentary.
The screening will also include a local component. VAD is requesting cat owners to send in their feline hi-jinks and celebri-cat videos for consideration. There can be other animals in the video; however, each video should be cat-centric. Winners will receive prizes.
