Vitruvian Park will present Vitruvian Lights, transforming into a magical holiday wonderland as more than 1.5 million sparkling LED lights are wrapped around 468 trees. Visitors are encouraged to walk or drive through Vitruvian Park to enjoy the beauty of the lights.
The event kicks off with the annual tree lighting ceremony on November 22, featuring a performance by Emerald City band Limelight. On November 29, Dallas String Quartet will perform. Both events will feature gourmet food trucks, sweet treats, free photos with Santa, live reindeer, letters to Santa with Mrs. Claus, classic holiday characters, an elf balloon artist, and a supersize LED-lit gift box.
In addition to the two special event nights, Vitruvian Lights Bite Nights will take place on Saturdays December 6, 13, and 20, when food trucks will pull up near the park’s Amphitheater to give guests perusing the lights a chance to warm up with food and drink available for purchase.
