Vitruvian Park will present Vitruvian Lights, transforming into a magical holiday wonderland as more than 1.5 million sparkling LED lights are wrapped around approximately 470 trees. Visitors are encouraged to walk or drive through Vitruvian Park to enjoy the beauty of the lights.
The annual tree lighting ceremony takes place on November 28, featuring a performance by Limelight, an Emerald City band, will perform for guests. Havana NRG, a Latin orchestra, will perform on December 5. Both events will take place from 6 to 10 pm and feature food trucks, sweet treats, free photos with Santa, letters to Santa with Mrs. Claus, an elf balloon artist, and other holiday activities for the whole family.
In addition to the two special event nights, Vitruvian Lights Bite Nights will take place on Saturdays December 12, 19, and 26, when food trucks will pull up near the park’s Amphitheater to give guests perusing the lights a chance to warm up with food and drink available for purchase.
