Dallas-based nonprofit Vogel will host its annual New Year’s Day event, Day 1 DFW. The family-friendly event will feature musical performances throughout the day, magic acts, and interactive children’s activities like rock climbing, arts and crafts, inflatable slides, Zorb balls, cosmic golf, pickleball, a mechanical reindeer, and more. The daytime event will be followed by a neon glow dance party featuring Dallas favorite Emerald City Band from 6-7 pm.
All proceeds from Day 1 DFW benefit Vogel’s mission to help young children and their families prevent & overcome the lasting and traumatic effects of homelessness and poverty.
