Voices of Change, Dallas’ premier contemporary music ensemble, joins with a stellar group of national chamber music ensembles to implement the fourth Rapido!® 14-day Composition Contest for the Southwest Region of the United States. Other works on the program include works by Sergei Prokofiev, Libby Larsen, and Andrew Thomas.
A pre-concert talk will be given by previous director Margaret Barrett. Barrett will talk about the three composer finalists and about the Rapido contest process.
