Now known as Repeal Day, December 5 has become an annual tradition at Whiskey Cake Kitchen & Bar. The date marks the nation’s return to the rich traditions of craft fermentation and distillation. The holiday harkens back to a time when American bartenders were revered as key contributors to the culinary arts.
From 5 pm to close, guests will enjoy a night full of vintage music and pre-Prohibition style cocktails made using bartending techniques created at the turn of the 20th Century, for just $5. In addition, Whiskey Cake servers will be dressed in period attire and the restaurant will be hosting a rousing '20s-'30s Era Costume Contest with prizes.
A complimentary photo booth will be on-site to capture all of the night’s fun-filled memories.
