Wild Salsa presents Altos Tequila Dinner

Wild Salsa will present five courses of authentic Mexican flavors to be paired with spirits from Altos Tequila.
- Almejas Crudas - fresh littleneck clams, bloody maria mignonette, tomatillo pico, cilantro foam
- Pulpo Asado - grilled Spanish octopus, aguachile verde, charred corn, heirloom tomato, garbanzo
- Tamal - slow roasted beef barbacoa, mole poblano, queso fresco
- Carnitas - crispy pork belly, pinto bean, achiote-sweet potatoes, charred scallion
- Pastel de Chocolate - ancho-chocolate cake, macerated cherry, horchata ice cream, pepita streusel
