Wild Salsa presents Altos Tequila Dinner

Wild Salsa will present five courses of authentic Mexican flavors to be paired with spirits from Altos Tequila.


First Course:

  • Almejas Crudas - fresh littleneck clams, bloody maria mignonette, tomatillo pico, cilantro foam

Second Course:

  • Pulpo Asado - grilled Spanish octopus, aguachile verde, charred corn, heirloom tomato, garbanzo

Third Course:

  • Tamal - slow roasted beef barbacoa, mole poblano, queso fresco

Fourth Course:

  • Carnitas - crispy pork belly, pinto bean, achiote-sweet potatoes, charred scallion

Fifth Course:

  • Pastel de Chocolate - ancho-chocolate cake, macerated cherry, horchata ice cream, pepita streusel
