Pappas Bros. hosts Caymus Vineyards for a four-course wine dinner beginning at 7 pm with a reception of 2011 Mer Soleil “Silver” unoaked Santa Lucia Highlands Chardonnay. Dishes include roasted breast of pheasant with leg in confit, toasted red quinoa and mache paired with a 2011 Napa Valley cabernet sauvignon and a 2010 “special selection” Napa cabernet sauvignon. Seats are $175 per guest and reservations can be made at 214-366-2000.
