Women In Film Dallas will present the 21st annual Topaz Film Festival. The festival will screen 83 short films and two feature length documentary films, Ticketyboo and Women in the Front Seat. Screenings will take place virtually October 21-27 and in-person October 28-30. Each in-person screening will be followed by a Q&A with the filmmakers in attendance.
