The World Affairs Council of Dallas-Fort Worth will present The Kennedy Half Century, a compelling new television documentary that explores the presidency, assassination and lasting legacy of President John F. Kennedy. It features new stories from eyewitnesses to the assassination; powerful first-hand accounts of the events of 11/22/63 from some of the nation’s leading political figures; timely insights from key White House operatives on JFK’s legacy; and a candid, new interview with President Jimmy Carter on the details of Kennedy’s enduring influence.

The film features interviews with Julian Bond, James Carville, John Dean, Ari Fleischer, Mary Moorman Krahmer, Ron Reagan Jr, James Robertson, Lynda Bird Johnson Robb, Bob Schieffer, Kathleen Kennedy Townsend and Larry Sabato.
