The World Affairs Council of Dallas-Fort Worth will host author A. Scott Berg to discuss his new book, Wilson. Berg will discuss the life and legacy of the nation’s 28th president, Woodrow Wilson, who was sworn into office 100 years ago. Wilson was the only American President with a Ph.D., a peace-seeker who waged war and embraced the League of Nations, the creator of the Federal Reserve Board and a widower who wed in the White House and whose First Lady ran the nation when he fell desperately ill, quite the litany for just one man.
