Pet of the Week
This lovable kitty at SPCA of Texas wants to be your Shadow
If you can believe it, four adorable pets from previous weeks are still waiting for their forever homes. You can still adopt Lady, Miniature, Rupaul and Little One — so what are you waiting for?
This week meet Shadow, who has been with the SPCA of Texas since February 28. His family was allergic to him, so they had to find him another home.
Could he be the one for you? Let's find out.
Breed: Domestic shorthair mix
Age: 10 years
Weight: 14 pounds
Personality: Shadow adores people and especially loves getting scratched under his little chin. He even likes to be picked up and held like a baby. Shadow is considered a VIP because he has been at the SPCA for more than 30 days, so don't wait another minute to call about this bundle of love.
Come meet Shadow (#128782) today at the SPCA of Texas’ Jan Rees-Jones Animal Care Center in Dallas at 2400 Lone Star Dr., near I-30 and Hampton Road. The center is open seven days a week, noon-6 pm.
