Country Awards
Newly released list of ACM Awards acts includes Posty, Blake, and Gwen
Following the announcement of the initial list of performers at the upcoming ACM Awards, taking place in at Ford Center at The Star in Frisco on May 16, the Academy of Country Music has revealed even more big-name singers who will perform that night.
Topping the list is the ACM Awards debut of Post Malone, who - like Beyoncé - has made a turn toward country music in recent months. He performed with Hardy and Morgan Wallen at the 2023 CMA Awards and has been teasing his own country album.
On the more traditional front will be a performance by 2022 New Male Artist of the Year Parker McCollum, and duets from Female Artist and Album of the Year nominee Kelsea Ballerini and Noah Kahan; New Male Artist of the Year nominee Nate Smith and Avril Lavigne; and six-time ACM Award recipient Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani.
They joined previously announced performers like Jason Aldean, Kane Brown, Jelly Roll, Cody Johnson, Miranda Lambert, Thomas Rhett, Chris Stapleton, Lainey Wilson, and Reba McEntire, who will debut new music alongside her hosting duties.
The ACM Awards will be free to stream live on Prime Video; a Prime membership will not be required to watch live. Bobby Bones, five-time ACM Awards winner for National On-Air Personality of the Year, will host “Backstage with Bobby Bones,” showcasing artist interviews and special moments of the show.
A limited number of tickets to the ceremony remain available for purchase on SeatGeek.
Fans can also get their fill of pre-awards celebrations, including Live from the ACM Awards: ACM New Artist Winners Celebration, which be broadcast live on Amazon Music Channel on Twitch on Tuesday, May 14 at 8 pm CDT. It will feature musical performances and special guests, as well as the presentation of the ACM New Male Artist, New Female Artist, and New Duo or Group of the Year.
