Tickets now on sale for IndyCar Grand Prix racing event in Arlington

Tickets are on sale for a major racing event coming to Arlington for the first time: It's the INDYCAR Grand Prix, taking place March 13-15, 2026.
The race will feature a 2.73-mile track layout that will weave through Arlington’s sports and entertainment district, which includes both AT&T Stadium and Globe Life Field, the home bases of the Dallas Cowboys and the Texas Rangers, as well as Choctaw Stadium, the Arlington Convention Center, and more.
The NTT IndyCar series features a series of open-wheel racing competitions in the United States and Canada, with the Indianapolis 500 being the most famous. Races take place on a mix of oval, temporary street circuit, and permanent road course races.
The event in Arlington marks a return to the Dallas-Fort Worth area for the NTT IndyCar Series after Texas Motor Speedway — which hosted a race every year between 1997 and 2023 — was dropped in 2024.
Race weekend will also feature the INDY NXT by Firestone series and the Toyota GR Cup Series as part of the world-class motorsports event. The INDY NXT Series showcases rising stars who are trying to compete in the NTT INDYCAR Series.
To mark the occasion, INDYCAR Series driver Pato O’Ward, driver of the No. 5 Arrow McLaren Chevrolet, will throw out a ceremonial first pitch at the New York Yankees vs. Texas Rangers afternoon game at Globe Life Field on August 6.
“I’m so excited to be racing in Texas again, and the NTT INDYCAR Series is going to put on a show in Arlington that you won’t want to miss,” O’Ward says in a statement. “It’s going to be a party. Partnering with the Dallas Cowboys and REV Entertainment is huge, and it will set the standard for how every INDYCAR race weekend should be for the teams and the fans. March can’t come soon enough.”
The three-day race will feature a wide range of viewing options and entertainment packages.
General admission tickets start at $35 on Friday, $50 on Saturday, $90 on Sunday and a weekend 3-Day general admission ticket for $110; Sunday reserved seats start at $135. There’s free admission for children under 12 in general admission areas accompanied by an adult.

It’s going to be an epic weekend.”
