Now that the Traffic Los Angeles men’s store has opened at the rapidly expanding Joule downtown [https: /dallas.culturemap.com/newsdetail/02-14-13-fashion-los-angeles-tenoversix-traffic-la-joule-dallas/], owner Michael Moldovan proudly asserts that Dallas finally has what it’s been missing. “We think that we brought to Dallas something that they need to have, because it’s not here,” he says. “What we’ve done is brought Los Angeles to Dallas.” Moldovan founded Traffic LA with his wife, Sara, in the late 1970s, on Hollywood Boulevard. Today, it’s a go-to for entertainment industry types — television, film, music — looking for contemporary designer fashions.
