Shops at Park Lane Expansion
Shops at Park Lane scores J. Crew Factory and new-to-Texas fast fashion
More good news for fashionable Dallas bargain hunters: Shops at Park Lane, which has completed another phase of construction, is welcoming two new retailers: J. Crew Factory, the brand’s outlet concept, and Forever 21’s F21 Red.
J. Crew Factory, the first in Dallas, is going into a 7,000-square-foot space on the ground floor of the center’s new office building. It is scheduled to open in July.
F21 Red is opening a massive, two-level, 19,600-square-foot store this fall next to Old Navy. As if Forever 21 isn’t enough of a deal on its own, the new concept features more of the brand’s “trend-led fashion staples” at a lower price point. It is the first F21 Red in Texas.
“We continue to look for retailers that are best in class and perform at a high level,” said Ward Kampf, president of property manager Northwood Retail, in a release. “Forever 21 and J. Crew Factory are a great match for our growing mix of popular name brand outlets, value retailers and full-priced stores.”
Starbucks, Zoës Kitchen and Crisp Salad Co. are set to occupy two new freestanding restaurant buildings anchoring The Park — a 10,000-square-foot center of relaxation where people can dine outdoors and enjoy free Wi-Fi, live music, movie nights and even yoga.
Zoës Kitchen opens April 9, followed by Starbucks on April 14 and Crisp Salad Co. in May. Dallas’ new flagship Starbucks features three sides of glass walls, a live green roof and large outdoor patio overlooking The Park.
