Dallas' Shops at Park Lane keeps on growing with two new retail options
The new stores just keep on coming at the Shops at Park Lane. Following the opening of shops like J. Crew Mercantile and Forever 21's new fashion concept F21 Red, the outdoor shopping center located at the southeast corner of Park Lane and Central Expressway just announced the addition of two more stores, Eddie Bauer and Torrid, which will open in fall 2016.
The Eddie Bauer store will be a 4,075-square-foot space located on the ground floor of the shopping complex’s new five-story office and retail building, near J. Crew Mercantile and Francesca’s. It will offer the full range of upscale men’s and women’s sportswear that the company is known for — classic outerwear, legendary down, casual denim, and khakis.
Torrid, a popular plus-size brand, will be located on the upper level of the center, near Old Navy and F21 Red. The 3,091-square-foot store will offer clothing, accessories, swimwear, lingerie, and shoes for women sizes 10 to 30.
“We’re pleased that our recent retail expansion continues to attract popular brand retailers that further enhance our customer experience, and complement our growing list of value retailers and full-priced stores,” said president of Northwood Retail Ward Kampf in a release.
The Shops at Park Lane is owned by Northwood Investors and managed by Northwood Retail. Nordstrom Rack, Sak’s OFF 5th, Bloomingdale’s the Outlet, Dick’s Sporting Goods, HomeGoods, Ulta, and Whole Food Market anchor the center.
