Revealing shopping experience pops up at Dallas’ Highland Park Village
A new shopping experience is coming to Dallas’ Highland Park Village on September 22 — but you better move quick, because it lasts only four days. By Reveal is a unique pop-up shop featuring merchandise by emerging local fashion designers, and this is the first Texas installation.
In collaboration with the Harvard Innovation Lab, By Reveal “creates short-term retail events that are hyper-curated for the location to inspire discovery and showcase exceptional products,” according to a release. Previous events have been held in Los Angeles, New York City, and St. Louis.
The pop-up will be open at the southwest entrance of Highland Park Village, next to Market and adjacent to Cafe Pacific. Only 6 feet by 6 feet, and housing two fitting rooms, the self-powered structure also is waterproof, so there’s no chance of rain thwarting your shopping.
“We are passionate about making retail accessible to emerging brands and supporting local designers you can’t find anywhere else,” says By Reveal founder and CEO Megan Barry. “Partnering with Highland Park Village for our Texas debut is such an honor, and we’re excited to feature truly unique merchandise.”
They are being coy about divulging which brands, but we do know there will be jewelry, handbags, and shoes from Texas women designers, including Batch No. 8. Other names will be revealed via social media. Of course.
The pop-up is timed to coincide with the fall beauty event (September 23-25), where with a cumulative beauty purchase of $150 at participating stores, guests can receive a beauty event makeup bag full of complimentary luxury products and offers from select brands. Customers can also receive an exclusive 20 percent off custom embroidery services at Madison, to stylishly personalize said beauty bags.
Participating stores in the beauty event include the following:
- Anthropologie
- Balenciaga
- Bluemercury
- Carolina Herrera
- Chanel
- Christian Louboutin
- Dior Beauty
- Escada
- Ermenegildo Zegna
- Etro

Additionally, luxury athleisure brand Bandier is hosting a complimentary fitness class in Livingston Court, between Céline and Balenciaga, on Saturday, September 24, at 8:30 am.
