Getting Better All the Time
Redesigned CultureMap articles bring fresh look to the news
As CultureMap edges toward its fourth anniversary in Texas, we figured it was time for a facelift. We redesigned our article pages with a cleaner look that is easier to read, thanks to more white space. The lead photo is larger, and many stories come with a slideshow, so you can click through photos from the latest society event, restaurant opening or fashion show in brighter detail.
The new design, which launched April 16, follows the recent redesign of the CultureMap Daily Digest, where the day's top stories, along with major events, are delivered to your inbox every morning. (Sign up here to receive it.) The Daily Digest also offers a simple way to click through to the CultureMap homepage, where even more stories and the city's best events await.
In making some of these changes, we temporarily lost the comments posted on previous stories. But all of those old comments will return soon, and you can leave a new comment to any story now.
Coming up next: a not-too-extreme makeover for the homepage. At CultureMap, we are committed to delivering the latest Dallas news that matters most to you, whether you read it on your computer, tablet or phone.
