High in the Dallas Sky
New Victory Park apartment tower challenges Dallas high-rises for top honors
Neighbors and prospective residents joined reps from Simpson Property Group and Novare Group to celebrate the soon-to-open SkyHouse Dallas, a swanky new residential high-rise in the Victory Park area.
More than 175 guests — including Ellen Flowers, Ben Perry, Nick Perry, John Crawford and Shalissa Colwell— were treated to cocktails; hors d’oeuvre; and, of course, a sneak peek at floor plans, finishes and amenities that will surely make SkyHouse Dallas rival any luxury high-rise rental in the city.
Units come in one, two or three-bedroom configurations, all with floor-to-ceiling windows to maximize city views. Apartments feature granite countertops, generous closet space and thoughtful built-ins. Prices range from $1,350 per month for a 620-square-foot studio to $3,270 and up for a more spacious 1,412-square-foot, three-bedroom, three-bath unit with two balconies.
“Now more than ever, Dallasites want to work, live, shop, play and relax all in the same in-town neighborhood,” said Jennifer Roberts of the Simpson Property Group. “Downtown, Uptown and Victory Park have evolved in recent years, and SkyHouse Dallas is perfectly positioned for the city to unfold right outside the door for our residents.”
Community amenities worth noting include a rooftop pool with city views; poolside terrace with outdoor TVs and fireplaces; and a residents-only SkyLounge for hanging out and shooting pool after work and on the weekends. Other expected features include controlled-access parking garage, onsite gym, private library, coffee lounge and optional concierge service.
The leasing center, located at 2308 Victory Park Ln. between Neo Pizza and Medina Oven and Bar, is open Monday through Saturday. Residents can start moving in as early as January 2015.
