Party Time
The Corvalla has officially broken ground in Frisco — now it's time to celebrate
On September 8, The Associates Realty celebrated the opening of its newest community of homes in the best possible way: with a giant party.
Representatives from developer Stillwater Capital, Robert Elliott Custom Homes, Western Securities, and architecture firm Stocker Hoesterey Montenegro joined community leaders and Stonebriar Country Club members in welcoming The Corvalla at Stonebriar. The 121 new Frisco homes, with their smart layouts and urban-chic aesthetic, are slated to open in October 2018, though pre-sales have already begun.
Following that afternoon's ceremonial groundbreaking, approximately 200 guests gathered at the Westin Stonebriar Hotel and Golf Club to raise a glass to this first-of-its-kind community. While sipping handcrafted cocktails and grooving to the live music, attendees indulged in hand-rolled cigars and mingled among the gigantic round bar and luxe furniture from Perch Decor that was chosen specifically to reflect the Corvalla's look and feel.
Frisco Mayor Jeff Cheney spoke of the development's integrity and how the Corvalla is poised to become a true part of the community, a sentiment that Robert Elliott himself echoed when he revealed a desire to further invest in Frisco.
David and Lo Wire, who refer to themselves as "Corvalla ambassadors," then detailed all the reasons why they jumped at the chance to be the community's first official buyers.
Besides the unbeatable location, the elegant new-builds also offer their residents a complimentary social membership to the adjacent Stonebriar Country Club and an onsite concierge. Add in the resort-style pool, private and secure underground parking, and a clubhouse that's an entertainer's dream, and it's easy to see why others are clamoring to follow the Wires' lead and sign on as residents.
