Not only would most people like to have Chip and Joanna Gaines build them a white picket fence (and the rustic-chic house to go with it), they'd like the Fixer Upper duo to reside on the other side of that fence too. That's what Zillow found with its yearly survey of the most and least desirable celebrity neighbors, as chosen by its readers.

The Obamas take the top spot with 14 percent of the votes, which Zillow says were split fairly evenly among genders and age groups. Washington, D.C., residents can get excited, as the soon-to-be-former first family is rumored to be moving to the D.C. neighborhood of Kalorama once it leaves the White House.

Florida's Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is second, followed by the Gaineses, who reside in Waco. There, the HGTV power couple runs the remodeling and design business Magnolia Homes, as well as the home décor and accessories shop Magnolia Market and the rental property Magnolia House (which sleeps eight and is currently booked through June 2017). Joanna's furniture collection, Magnolia Home, is also available to buy at Star Furniture.

So who wouldn't America like to borrow a cup of sugar from? Justin Bieber, who claims the title for the second year in a row with 36 percent of the votes. That's one in three votes, and a 2 percent increase from last year. Joining Biebs on the naughty neighbor list are reality TV stars Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna, followed by Tom Cruise and Taylor Swift.
